This versatile adhesive is not only suitable for bonding metals and plastics, it also handles materials such as glass, natural stone and rubber with ease. Advantages Permanently elastic: ideal for moving joints, as it stays flexible even under temperature swings. Bubble-free curing: guarantees a smooth, compact finish without shrinkage. Environmentally considerate: free of plasticisers, isocyanates, solvents and silicones. High temperature resistance: withstands up to 90 °C once cured. Versatile uses: ideal for filling joints, sealing seams and as a potting compound. Ageing-stable: ensures a long-lasting, reliable bond. PropertiesThe adhesive is based on a hybrid system of epoxy resins and silane-terminated polymers, which gives it a paste-like consistency. It cures on its own without depending on air or moisture and can be overpainted and is UV-stable once cured. Application is straightforward: once the components are mixed, the adhesive has a working time of approx. 30 minutes and is fully cured after around 48 hours. Application notesFor best adhesion the surfaces to be bonded should be clean and free of grease. Apply with a suitable cartridge gun; the mixing tube supplied ensures accurate dosing.
