Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, includingdelivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), withoutand no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We mayrefund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods withoutas soon as possible and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer isor which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (e.g. individually mixed paint shades/varnishes);
for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be exceeded rapidly.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contractsauml;gen:

for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return, if their seal has been broken after delivery;
for the delivery of goods where, due to their nature, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
