With their modular design, the filters (SATA filters 414 / 424 / 434 / 444 / 464 / 484) can be precisely customised for various applications. In particular, the SATA filter 444 and 484 combination units are standard in paint booths, also for breathing air treatment. These filter units provide reliable protection against harmful vapours and gases. They are ideal for fresh air-supplied breathing air systems without activated carbon pre-stage and for areas with high compressed air quality requirements. With a microfibre fine filter, which has a fineness of 0.01 micron and a filtration efficiency of 99.998%, the SATA filters prevent incorrect painting and expensive rework. The degree of saturation of the fine filter can be easily read using the double manometer. They also impress with a very high air flow rate of 3,600 NL/min at 6 bar, a reliable cyclone separator to remove oil and water from the compressed air, an automatic condensate drain valve and a durable sintered bronze filter with a fineness of 5 microns, which is easy to clean. The robust metal housings of the SATA filter units ensure trouble-free use at temperatures of up to 60°C.
