Planatol powder glue Kaurit/Planarit 122
PropertiesKaurit Glue 122 Powder is used without further stretching after mixing with water for surface bonding using the hot process.The gluing strengths fulfil the requirements of: EN 636 - 1 for service class 1DIN EN 12765 stress group C2DIN 68705 Part 2 (1981) IFIf processed correctly and the correspondingcarrier material is used, the veneered parts fulfil the requirements ofChemVerbotsV 1 Annex, Section 1. 3.Chemical characterisation Powdery, ready-made urea-formaldehydecondensation product.ApplicationThe veneer glue is mixed in a ratio of 100 wtTle. Glue powder : 100 tsp. Water (20 °C) or 3 litres of glue powder : 2 litres of water (20 °C).The glue powder is first stirred in two thirds of the water without lumps and then the remaining water is added.After approx. 20 minutes maturing time, the mixture is stirred again and is then ready for use.

Tsp. glue powder 40 - 50 tsp. water (20 °C).The glue powder is first stirred into two thirds of the dissolving water until lump-free.After adding the remaining water, the glue liquor is ready for use.
