Kaurit Glue 171 Powder is used without further stretching after mixing with water for surface gluing using the hot process
. Gluing in high-frequency presses is also possible.
The bonding strengths fulfil the requirements according to:
EN 636 - 1 for service class 1
DIN EN 12765 stress group C2
DIN 68705 Part 2 (1981) IF
Application
The glue is mixed in a ratio of 100 wt. Tsp. glue powder 40 - 50 tsp. water (20 °C).
The glue powder is first stirred into two thirds of the dissolving water until lump-free.
After adding the remaining water, the glue liquor is ready for use.
