The STROBBER WAW 800 B is a tool washing system with paint roller cleaner and integrated water treatmentspecially adapted to the needs of smaller painting companies. Thanks to its small footprint, the compact washing system can be installed and operated almost anywhere. The tool washing system is used to clean painting and plastering tools (paint rollers, paint brushes, pasting equipment, etc.) and to dispose of the resulting paint sludge. Clean your paint rollers and tools effectively and in an environmentally friendly manner. The high-pressure roller cleaner cleans your ink roller in 20 to 60 seconds (depending on the colour and soiling). The average water consumption is approx. 5 litres per roller. The dirty water flows out of the removable basin insert into the filter system. There, coarse particles are retained by a replaceable fabric filter. The cleaned waste water is automatically pumped from the collection tank to the drain by a submersible pump. The tool washing system is equipped with a STROBBER WAB IG small splitting unit. Have you set yourself the goal of treating your company's wastewater sustainably and in compliance with the law? Then STROBL water treatment plants are the right solution for your purpose. The systems use a flocculation and filtration process to separate the painter's waste water from emulsion paints and varnishes. The STROBBER WAB AirFloc 125 water treatment system stores the dirty water from the tool washing system in a 125 litre stainless steel tank. As soon as the maximum capacity of the tank is reached, a visual and acoustic signal is emitted at the control panel. The powdered splitting agent is added or sprinkled in by the operator and the AirFloc system mixes the reaction agent into the dirty water. The treatment process (separation of colour and water) takes approx. 5 minutes. During flocculation, filterable and settleable flocs are formed which sink to the bottom of the wastewater treatment tank. The resulting solid-liquid mixture is finally pumped around and split into solids (filter cake) and liquid (filtrate) by means of filtration through a fabric wedge wire filter. At the end of the process, the filtrate is fed into the public sewage network. The filter cake must be disposed of at regular intervals in accordance with local waste regulations. Sustainable water treatment using a system from STROBL ensures that the painter's waste water complies with the legal requirements for drinking water and industrial water utilisation.
