The 3M™ Purple Premium Plus masking film is a high-quality, high-density plastic film that protects painted vehicle surfaces from moisture stains and colour bleed-through. This high-quality film is easy to apply and adheres very well to the vehicle surface. In addition, masking tape can be removed from the film without tearing it. It can be easily cut to fit the contours of the bodywork. It can withstand temperatures of up to 120 °C for one hour, making it suitable for drying methods such as infrared lamps and ovens. Thanks to a special treatment of the film surface, both solvent and water-based paints adhere very well and do not peel off during the entire painting process.
