DRY FLEX® 4 is ideal for the permanent repair of wood damage, such as wood rot, where the time factor plays a major role. The ease of application combined with fast curing makes DRY FLEX® 4 an exceptional product. It is suitable for all seasons.
Suitable for:
- The permanent repair of wood damage (such as wood rot) on windows, doors, stairs and furniture, among other things.
- Gluing and sealing cracks, gaps and open wood joints.
- Renovation and maintenance of wooden structures.
- Indoors and outdoors.
Application
- Pre-treat the wood with DRY FIX® UNI after removing layers of colour.
- Dose DRY FLEX® 4 using a double EASY-Q™ dosing gun on a mixing board with the slide (for 300 ml cartridge) at the back.
- Mix the A component (orange) and the B component (transparent) with an EASY-Q™ metal or plastic spatula until the colour is homogeneous.
- Spread the mixed DRY FLEX® 4 in a thin layer over the mixing board.
- Apply DRY FLEX® 4 and immediately remove any excess material.
- Lightly sand the repaired surface before painting.
