Repair Care DRY FLEX ® SF 1mini – The lightning-fast two-component fine filler for perfect wooden surfaces Repair Care DRY FLEX ® SF 1mini (Surface Filler) is the ultimate professional solution for extremely quick and durable repairs of small defects in wood, cracks, nail and screw holes, and minor unevenness. What makes the innovative 1mini version special is that the product comes in a practical single-component tin that already contains both components separately. Thanks to this ingenious system, there is no need for tedious measuring and pre-dosing. Simply squeeze out the desired amount side by side, mix and apply – perfect for quick, efficient use on the building site or in the workshop. Extreme speed and straightforward year-round application Time is money – and this is where the DRY FLEX ® SF 1mini really comes into its own: This elastic epoxy resin fine filler is fully cured, sandable and ready for painting after just 30 minutes at an ambient temperature of 20 °C! Furthermore, the material is completely weather-independent and can be reliably applied all year round at temperatures ranging from 0 °C to 35 °C. As the formula does not shrink, unlike conventional fillers, the surface remains permanently smooth and dimensionally stable without cracks forming in the topcoat. Pro tip for a flawless paint finish As DRY FLEX ® SF 1mini reacts extremely quickly, it is best to always mix only small portions on a clean plastic or glass mixing board. Scrape the mixture flat several times whilst mixing to completely eliminate any air bubbles. A major advantage of this surface filler: you do not need **a separate primer** – the product adheres directly to the clean, sound wooden substrate. Use a stainless steel trowel to smooth the surface firmly to minimise sanding after 30 minutes. Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place (between 5 °C and 25 °C). Protect from frost.
