The Festool Rubin 2 STF 80x133 sanding strips (available in grit sizes P40 to P220, e.g. item number 499048) are high-performance sanding materials for all woodworking tasks in the trade. Whether solid wood, veneers or modern wood-based materials – Rubin 2 ensures high removal rates and rapid progress thanks to its optimised grain structure. The robust paper backing, combined with the special adhesive, ensures an extremely long service life. Equipped with the tried-and-tested StickFix hook-and-loop system and a precise 14-hole extraction system, the sanding sheet can be changed in a matter of seconds and the sanding dust is efficiently extracted.

Instructions for use
Press the Rubin 2 sanding strip onto the StickFix sanding pad of your compact sander so that the 14 extraction holes line up exactly. Use coarse grits (P40–P80) for removing unevenness or roughness, medium grits (P100–P150) for intermediate sanding, and fine grits (P180–P220) for a perfect finish prior to surface treatment.
