Festool HS-AGC 18 Hand Guard – Greater protection when working with wire brushes
The Festool HS-AGC 18 hand guard is a practical accessory for the AGC 18 cordless angle grinder. It helps protect the hand when working with wire brushes and is a useful addition for workshops, metalworking and assembly tasks. Thanks to its adjustable design, the hand guard can be adapted to the specific working situation.
The Festool hand guard is attached to the compatible cordless angle grinder together with the auxiliary handle. It can be fitted in just a few simple steps. Thanks to its individual adjustability, the position of the guard can be adjusted to suit the application, ensuring that the hand is better protected against injuries caused by wire brush bristles and flying debris when working with wire brushes.
The HS-AGC 18 is particularly suitable for applications where wire brushes are used to clean and treat surfaces. These include, for example, removing rust, cleaning metal parts and preparing surfaces for subsequent work stages. This makes the hand guard a useful addition for both professional users and keen DIY enthusiasts.
Important: The hand guard does not replace the prescribed protective cover nor personal protective equipment such as safety goggles and suitable hand protection. Always observe the safety instructions for the tool and the wire brush being used.
