Two-component urethane that foams in place; to replace flexible foams in OEM applications such as boots, door panels, door panels or roof racks.
The 3M™ flexible foam consists of a soft, flexible two-component urethane and foams in place (closed-cell foam). This flexible foam replaces the OEM flexible foam on side impact beams, roof bows, interior panelling and pillars and in other vehicle cavities. Expands to ten times the original volume; large cavities are filled with small amounts of material. For replacing OEM flexible foams as far as possible to restore them to their pre-accident condition.
