Colour White Tips for Turbo application Apply the adhesive in vertical beads (not in dots) to ensure optimum ventilation and thorough curing. Contact with atmospheric moisture activates the Turbo curing process. For very smooth surfaces, pre-cleaning with OTTO Cleaner T is recommended to ensure maximum bonding strength is achieved immediately. Important note: TurboToni is not suitable for structural bonding of glass. Please check compatibility with sensitive natural stones or use specialised OTTO products for natural stone.

OTTOCOLL ® KlarKarl – The crystal-clear all-rounder for invisible bonds When aesthetics meet maximum bonding strength, OTTOCOLL ® KlarKarl is in its element. This crystal-clear 1K hybrid polymer adhesive is the perfect solution for all bonding applications where the joint must remain invisible. Whether in the design of glass display cases, modern shopfitting or delicate interior work – KlarKarl stays in the background whilst still ensuring maximum stability. Crystal-clear appearance without yellowing Conventional transparent adhesives often tend to become yellowish or cloudy when exposed to UV light. Not so with OTTOCOLL ® KlarKarl. Thanks to its special formulation, it offers excellent UV resistance and ageing resistance. The bonded joint remains permanently transparent, allowing the design of your workpieces to come into its own. Extremely versatile on almost all substrates KlarKarl is a true all-rounder. It adheres to a wide range of materials, often even without pre-treatment with primers. The adhesive is also isocyanate-free and solvent-free, making it particularly pleasant to work with and environmentally friendly. As it cures elastically, it is ideal for compensating for thermal stresses between different materials (e.g. glass and aluminium). Versatile areas of application Glass & display cabinet construction : Invisible bonding of glass elements and fittings. Shopfitting and exhibition stand construction : Elegant joints between aluminium, stainless steel and transparent plastics. Interior finishing : Fixing of mouldings, panels or mirrors (please observe technical instructions for mirror bonding). Material combinations : Perfect for wood, stone, concrete, ceramics and many metals. The advantages of OTTOCOLL ® KlarKarl at a glance : Crystal-clear curing : For visually demanding, invisible bonds. Strong initial adhesion : Reduces the need for mechanical fixings. Skin formation time : Rapid surface drying for quick continuation of work. Tested quality : Awarded the EMICODE ® EC 1 Plus (very low emissions). Weather-resistant : Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. Tips for optimal application For the best transparency, the adhesive should be applied in thin layers or dots. Ensure that the surfaces are clean and free of grease. As KlarKarl is a moisture-curing system, slight humidity accelerates the setting process. For large-area bonding of non-absorbent materials, application in dots or beads is essential to allow access of atmospheric moisture. Pro tip: Use OTTO Cleanprimer to clean the surfaces beforehand to further maximise adhesion on critical substrates.
