Processing & Application Conditions
This solar coating offers exceptional versatility in application and integrates seamlessly into manual or automated production lines. It is supplied ready for use and can be applied via brush, roller, dipping processes, or conventional spray guns.
Climatic Conditions & Drying
- Processing Temperature: The ideal ambient and material temperature ranges between 15 °C and 35 °C.
- Drying Time: The material features very fast physical drying. At an ambient temperature of 20 °C, the coating is dry to the touch within 30 to 60 minutes.
Application by Spraying (Spray Gun)
- Working Pressure: approx. 4.0 bar
- Nozzle Size: 1.3 to 1.6 mm
Cleaning
Since this is a water-based system, equipment can generally be cleaned simply using clear water while the coating is still wet. For dried residues, we recommend our specialized in-house cleaning agents.
