Transfer-ELECTRIC 2-component conductive paint MOX (black)
Transfer-ELECTRIC 2-Component Conductive Coating MOX (Black) – The Proven Industry Standard for ESD Protection
Our proven industry standard: The permanently conductive coating for the most demanding industrial applications. Our Conductive Coating MOX (Black), formulated with high-quality polyesterols and organic solvents, is our field-tested solution for uncompromising ESD protection. Developed specifically for direct application in industrial environments, it is the first choice for market leaders in plant and pipeline construction, measurement technology, and high-voltage engineering. It stands out due to its straightforward handling, forgiving application behavior, and extremely reliable adhesion properties.
Proven Areas of Application for Maximum Safety:
- Vessel & Pipeline Construction (FRP/GFK): Secure antistatic treatment of tanks, pipes, and system components made of fiber-reinforced plastics. Prevents static build-up caused by flowing media.
- Test Equipment & Electronics Manufacturing: The absolute standard for ESD-safe test adapters, testing equipment, and automation systems used in printed circuit board (PCB) handling.
- High Voltage & Power Engineering: Provides excellent, permanent adhesion on cast resin parts, insulators, and transformers. Reliably prevents partial discharges.
- Plastics Processing & Conveyor Technology: Suppresses electrostatic charges during extrusion, effectively preventing hazardous spark generation or material adhesion.
- Printing Industry: Ideal for the antistatic treatment of rotating components such as rollers, adapters, and sleeves.
- ATEX & Sensor Technology: Absolutely safely prevents static charges (ignition hazards) on enclosures used in explosion-hazardous areas.
- Maximum Flexibility (1-component or 2-component): Designed by default as an extremely durable 2-component coating, the product can optionally be processed as a 1-component system for specific workflows.
- Durable ESD Protection: Reliable, constant conductivity value of 10³ to 10⁴ ohms.
- Flawless Application: Supplied completely ready for spraying and rolling – error-prone dilution is entirely eliminated.
- High Coverage: One kilogram of coating covers approx. 8 to 10 m².
- Made in Germany: Manufactured according to custom-developed formulations to meet the highest quality standards.

Processing & Application Conditions
This conductive coating is engineered for maximum process reliability.
Mixing & Pot Life
For 2-component processing, add the matching Hardener MOX (separately available as a perfectly coordinated system unit) in a mixing ratio of 1000 : 160 and stir thoroughly. The processing time (pot life) after mixing is approx. 3 hours at 20 °C. The processing viscosity (according to DIN) is 18–20 seconds (4 mm / 20 °C).
(Note: Optionally, the product can also be processed as a 1-component system, i.e., without adding hardener.)
Drying Time
The material is characterized by a very fast drying time. At an ambient temperature of 20 °C, the coating is already completely dry after 30 to 60 minutes.
Application Methods
A) Application by Spraying (Compressed Air Atomization)
- Spray gun: Atomizing air approx. 4 bar | Nozzle size: 1.0 to 1.5 mm
- Diaphragm pump / Pressure pot: Material pressure 0.5 to 1.0 bar
B) Application by Rolling or Brushing
Apply the material swiftly and evenly using a suitable paint roller or brush. No dilution may be added with this application method either.
