Application recommendation
The surface to be coated must be oil-free, clean and dry and must not have any
residues of release agents or cutting oils.
Processing time (h): 2 hours at approx. 20°C
Processing temperature: approx. 20°C to approx. 26°C
The paint is supplied ready for spraying and rolling, only hardener needs to be added.
Drying: 60 min at 60°C, or in ambient air correspondingly longer
Application conditions
Spraying: a) Compressed air atomisation
- Cup gun: Atomising air: approx. 4 bar
Nozzle size: approx. 1.3-1.5 mm
Recommended dry film thickness: approx. 35 to 50 μm
