The Mirka ABRANET ® ACE 150 mm Grip sanding discs represent the ultimate evolution of the tried-and-tested Abranet abrasive net and have been specially developed for the toughest industrial sanding applications. The key upgrade: Abranet ACE is equipped with high-quality ceramic grit. This self-sharpening grit ensures extremely aggressive stock removal, a further increased service life and a consistently perfect surface finish. Combined with a reinforced mesh, this 150 mm disc is the ultimate professional solution for all demanding tasks on modern random orbital sanders.
Ultimate removal rate and maximum tear resistance
Thanks to the patented mesh structure, harmful grinding dust is extracted directly across the entire surface. With Abranet ACE, the tough ceramic grain ensures that there is no noticeable drop in performance, even under high contact pressure and on extremely hard surfaces. The abrasive mesh is also **significantly more tear-resistant** at the outer edges than the standard Abranet, which allows sharp corners and edges to be sanded without damaging the disc. Thanks to the universal hook-and-loop system (Grip), there is no need to align extraction holes at all – simply position, press down and save time.

Professional tip for maximum high-end performance
As the ceramic grain of the Abranet ACE is extremely aggressive, a great deal of frictional heat is generated in specific areas when sanding hard surfaces. You must therefore use a Mirka pad saver between the sanding pad and the sanding mesh. This not only protects your machine’s hook-and-loop pad, but also optimises the airflow of the extraction system. Adjust your extraction system so that the machine does not get sucked in – smooth gliding, combined with the ceramic grit, ensures an absolutely flawless, high-end finish without annoying scratches.
