Rudolf Strobl tool washing system STROBBER WAW 800-B
The STROBBER WAW 800 B is a tool washing system with paint roller cleaner and integrated water treatmentspecially adapted to the needs of smaller painting companies. Thanks to its small footprint, the compact washing system can be installed and operated almost anywhere. The tool washing system is used to clean painting and plastering tools (paint rollers, paint brushes, pasting equipment, etc.) and to dispose of the resulting paint sludge. Clean your paint rollers and tools effectively and in an environmentally friendly manner. The high-pressure roller cleaner cleans your ink roller in 20 to 60 seconds (depending on the colour and soiling). The average water consumption is approx. 5 litres per roller. The dirty water flows out of the removable basin insert into the filter system. There, coarse particles are retained by a replaceable fabric filter. The cleaned waste water is automatically pumped from the collection tank to the drain by a submersible pump. The tool washing system is equipped with a STROBBER WAB IG small splitting unit. This was specially developed for smaller businesses where space does not permit the use of the STROBBER WAB water treatment system. How the small splitting unit works:At the start of the roller cleaning process, the tank insert is closed with a special overflow plug. The contaminated dirty water collects in the tank and can be split. After cleaning the ink rollers, add a reaction agent (splitting agent) to the tank. The integrated circulation pump mixes the release agent and the dirty water thoroughly for approx. 10 minutes. The colour residue flocculates and settles in the basin. The cleaned water is drained through the overflow plug. The flocculated colour particles remain and are fed into the filter system together with the remaining water. The solids remain in the filter and the cleaned water is pumped out.Scope of deliveryincl. roller cleaner / incl. water treatmentWash basin with basin insertStandpipe (height: 15 cm

Rudolf Strobl Water treatment STROBBER WAB AirFloc 125
Have you set yourself the goal of treating your company's wastewater sustainably and in compliance with the law? Then STROBL water treatment plants are the right solution for your purpose. The systems use a flocculation and filtration process to separate the painter's waste water from emulsion paints and varnishes. The STROBBER WAB AirFloc 125 water treatment system stores the dirty water from the tool washing system in a 125 litre stainless steel tank. As soon as the maximum capacity of the tank is reached, a visual and acoustic signal is emitted at the control panel. The powdered splitting agent is added or sprinkled in by the operator and the AirFloc system mixes the reaction agent into the dirty water. The treatment process (separation of colour and water) takes approx. 5 minutes. During flocculation, filterable and settleable flocs are formed which sink to the bottom of the wastewater treatment tank. The resulting solid-liquid mixture is finally pumped around and split into solids (filter cake) and liquid (filtrate) by means of filtration through a fabric wedge wire filter. At the end of the process, the filtrate is fed into the public sewage network. The filter cake must be disposed of at regular intervals in accordance with local waste regulations. Sustainable water treatment using a system from STROBL ensures that the painter's waste water complies with the legal requirements for drinking water and industrial water utilisation. During the splitting process, no further painter waste water from the tool washing system can be fed into the WAB AirFloc 125. Rudolf Strobl water treatment STROBBER WAB AirFloc 250
Would you like to treat the wastewater from your painting business sustainably and in compliance with the law? Then our water treatment systems, also known as splitting systems in specialist circles, are the right solution for your goal. The STROBBER WAB AirFloc 250 water treatment system stores the waste water produced in a 125 litre stainless steel buffer tank. Once the buffer has reached its filling capacity, the waste water is automatically pumped into the splitting tank, which also holds 125 litres. The buffer tank can be continuously fed by the connected tool washing system during the transfer process, i.e. the cleaning work does not have to be interrupted. As soon as the maximum capacity of the splitting tank is reached, a visual and acoustic signal is emitted on the control panel. The powdered splitting agent is added or sprinkled in by the operator and the AirFloc system mixes the reaction agent into the dirty water. The treatment process takes approx. 5 minutes. During flocculation, filterable and settleable flocs are formed which sink to the bottom of the wastewater treatment tank. The resulting solid-liquid mixture is finally pumped around and split into solids (filter cake) and liquid (filtrate) by means of filtration through a fabric slotted filter. At the end of the process, the filtrate is fed into the public sewage network. The filter cake must be disposed of at regular intervals in accordance with local waste regulations.
