The original Lamello indexable-insert router bit with item number 132106 (or type ref. 132108) is the professional carbide tool (HW) for creating precise 8 mm grooves on Lamello grooving machines. With an outer diameter of 100 mm, a special cutting width of 8 mm and a 22-mm bore, this cutter is used, amongst other things, for the precise milling of slots for Clamex S-18 connectors or wide joining and structural grooves. Thanks to its configuration with 4 main cutting edges (Z4) and 4 pilot cutters (V4) as interchangeable carbide indexable inserts, this tool guarantees absolutely tear-free groove edges as well as consistently accurate milling dimensions without any loss of diameter due to re-sharpening.

Instructions for use
Disconnect the groove cutter from the mains before carrying out any work on the tool. Align the indexable insert cutter on the spindle so that the indexing pins engage correctly in the 4 secondary holes (NL 4). Tighten the flange screw securely. When turning or replacing the indexable inserts, always check the guide seats for wood dust and resin residues to ensure maximum precision and concentricity.
