With an outer diameter of 100 mm, a milling width of 4 mm and a bore of 22 mm, this cutter produces perfect grooves for Lamello timber joining systems (sizes 0, 10, 20, Simplex, Duplex, etc.). Fitted with 4 replaceable carbide indexable inserts (HW / Z4), there is no need for time-consuming and costly re-sharpening: when worn, the inserts are simply turned over or replaced. This ensures that the tool diameter and groove width remain absolutely constant throughout the tool’s entire service life.

Instructions for use
Always disconnect the groove milling machine from the mains before changing the tool. Loosen the flange screw on the milling spindle and remove the previous milling tool. Fit the Lamello indexable insert cutter (132001) so that the hub and the 4 secondary holes are aligned with the spindle’s indexing pins. Tighten the fixing screw securely again. When turning or replacing the cutting inserts, ensure that the contact surfaces on the router body are clean to guarantee maximum concentricity.
