The Lamello® Tenso P-14 connector half with spring is the functional individual component of the tried-and-tested, self-clamping Tenso P-14 glue joint connector. This bulk pack of 2,000 pieces is specifically designed for industrial woodworkers, furniture manufacturers and large joinery workshops that are optimising their production processes, stocking individual components separately or using automated feeding lines on CNC machining centres.
The Tenso P-14 is the innovative P-System connector for clamp-free gluing of cabinet components, furniture and structural elements with a panel thickness of 15 mm or more. The connector half with an integrated spring mechanism generates a high clamping force of approx. 15 kg (150 N) per connector when the workpieces are joined. This ensures that glue joints are pulled together tightly and precisely without the time-consuming and space-intensive use of cabinet presses or screw clamps.

Instructions for use
Milling the P-System profile groove (depth 14) into the designated workpiece edges using the Lamello Zeta P2 or a CNC machine. Insert the Tenso P-14 connector half with spring into the groove from the side, either manually or by machine, until the fastener clicks into place with a positive fit. After applying the adhesive and joining it with the corresponding mating half, the tensioning element automatically pulls the joint tightly together.
