The Lamello® Tenso P-10 connector half without tongue is the precisely fitting counterpart to the functional tongue half of the self-tensioning P-System Tenso P-10 glue-in connector. Specially developed for delicate furniture designs and slim panel materials with a thickness of 12 mm or more, this bulk pack of 2,000 pieces enables highly efficient stock management in industrial mass production and CNC machining.
With a shallow milling depth of just 10 mm, the component can also be securely anchored in thin workpieces. In combination with the Tenso P-10 tongue half, the form-fitting connector half without a tongue ensures an invisible, extremely stable joint and a flush pull-together of the glue joint. The tool-free P-System anchoring system allows the component to be inserted into the profile groove in a matter of seconds without the use of adhesive or screws.

Instructions for use
Milling the P-System profile groove (depth 10) into the designated workpiece edges using the Lamello Zeta P2 or a CNC machine. Insert the Tenso P-10 connector half without the tongue into the groove from the side, either manually or by machine. After applying the adhesive, join the component with the prepared counterpart (connector half with tongue) until the elements click into place audibly and tangibly.
