Lamello® Tenso P-10 connector half with tongue (2,000 pieces)

Lamello® Tenso P-10 connector half with tongue – individual component for thin sheet materials and mass production (2,000 pieces)

The Lamello® Tenso P-10 connector half with spring is the functional single component of the self-tensioning P-System Tenso P-10 glue joint. Designed for joining thin materials with a thickness of 12 mm or more, this fitting enables the clamp-free gluing of lightweight cabinet bodies, mitred joints and delicate furniture components. The bulk pack of 2,000 pieces is specifically aimed at industrial woodworkers, furniture manufacturers and CNC production facilities with high throughput.

Thanks to its shallow milling depth of just 10 mm, the Tenso P-10 can be securely anchored even in thin materials. The integrated spring steel mechanism generates a clamping force of approx. 10 kg (100 N) per joint when the components are fitted together. This ensures that glue joints are pulled together precisely and flush without the need for bulky cabinet presses or screw clamps, which drastically reduces production times.

Proven benefits in industrial manufacturing:

  • Bulk pack for series production: 2,000 individual units reduce unit costs and ensure a continuous supply of materials to automated production lines.
  • Optimised for thin materials: A shallow installation depth of 10 mm allows for butt joints from 12 mm and mitre joints from 15 mm panel thickness.
  • Ideal for CNC & automation: Perfectly suited for separate stocking and automated loading on CNC machining centres.
  • Precise clamping force: Guarantees tight glue joints without the need for re-tensioning or long pressing times.
Your benefits at a glance
  • Efficient stock management: 2,000 tongue halves for uninterrupted industrial production processes.
  • Shallow milling depth (10 mm): Maximum stability even with very thin materials from 12 mm.
  • Clamp-free assembly: Faster work as there is no need to wait for the glue to dry on cabinet presses.
  • Completely concealed: Invisible installation within the workpiece for a flawless, high-quality finish.

Instructions for use

Milling the P-System profile groove (depth 10) into the designated workpiece edges using the Lamello Zeta P2 or a CNC machine. Slide the Tenso P-10 connector half with the spring into the groove from the side until the anchorage snaps into place with a positive fit. After applying the adhesive and joining it with the corresponding counterpart, the spring mechanism automatically pulls the joint together tightly and precisely.
