The original Lamello P-System CNC profile cutter, item number 132180, is a high-performance tool with diamond tips (DP) for the machine-based creation of the form-fit P-System profile groove on CNC machining centres. Designed as a left-hand cutting version with an outer diameter of 100.4 mm, a milling width of 7 mm, 3 teeth (Z3) and a bore of Ø 35 mm, this cutter guarantees an extremely long service life and precise milled edges. The pilot holes (4 × Ø 5.5 mm on a pitch circle of Ø 50 mm) ensure twist-free mounting on suitable CNC milling mandrels and tool holders.

Application notes
Before assembly, ensure that the contact surfaces on the milling arbor and the milling cutter bore are absolutely clean. It is essential to check the direction of rotation of the CNC spindle (counter-clockwise), as this tool is specifically designed for counter-clockwise rotation. Tighten the fixing screws on the milling arbor evenly in a crosswise pattern and observe the cutting speeds and feed rates recommended by the machine and tool manufacturers.
