The original Lamello P-System CNC end mill, item number 131342, is a high-precision profiling tool for producing the undercut P-System profile groove on CNC machining centres. This end mill is primarily used for face milling when no angle attachment for disc cutters is available or when complex CNC machining operations are carried out directly from above. Instructions for use

Clamp the shank cutter into a high-precision CNC tool holder (e.g. shrink-fit chuck or hydro-expansion chuck) with a shank diameter of 12 mm. Programme the milling cycle on your CNC machine in accordance with Lamello’s cutting data and macros for surface machining. Ensure effective extraction and that the workpiece is correctly secured on the vacuum table.
