The original Lamello® Minicol metal nozzle H9 (item no. 285509) is a specialised application accessory for Lamello glue dispensers (Minicol / Minipress), designed for precise, lateral glue application into 3 mm wooden grooves (typical for standard flat dowels sizes 0, 10, 20).

Thanks to the lateral outlet and the robust metal construction, the nozzle distributes the PVAC glue evenly along the sides of the milled groove, rather than simply depositing it on the bottom of the groove. This ensures optimum wetting of the wood fibres and a maximum glue bond when inserting the wood connecting plates.

Instructions for use

Screw the H9 metal nozzle onto the outlet valve of your Lamello glue dispenser until it is hand-tight. Insert the tip of the nozzle into the 3 mm wide milled groove and operate the dispenser. The adhesive is applied directly to the sides of the groove through the side outlet, ensuring ideal and even distribution within the joint area when the adhesive is applied. After use, clean the nozzle thoroughly with water to prevent blockages.
