The original Lamello® Minicol metal nozzle for lateral glue application (item no. 285512) is a professional application accessory for Lamello glue dispensers (Minicol / Minipress), designed for precise and even glue application in 4 mm milled grooves (specifically for larger timber joint and flat dowel formats).

Thanks to the side-mounted outlet and the robust metal construction, the PVAC glue is dispensed directly onto the sides of the groove, rather than simply accumulating at the bottom of the groove. This ensures that the fibres of the workpiece walls are fully saturated and achieves maximum pull-out strength during gluing.

Instructions for use

Screw the metal nozzle onto the outlet valve of your Lamello glue dispenser until it is hand-tight. Insert the tip of the nozzle into the 4 mm wide milled groove and operate the dispenser. The glue is applied directly to the sides of the groove through the side outlet, ensuring an even and secure joint when the connector is inserted. After use, rinse the nozzle thoroughly with water to prevent blockages.
