The original Lamello HW saw blade, item number 132350, is a carbide-tipped (HW) precision cutting tool for creating precise longitudinal and transverse grooves in timber and wood-based materials. With an outer diameter of 100 mm, a groove width of 2.4 mm, 20 carbide teeth (Z20) and a 22 mm bore, this grooving cutter ensures clean cut edges and a long service life. Thanks to the 4 side holes (NL 4), the cutter sits absolutely secure on the router spindle, preventing any rotation. The spacer discs included in the scope of delivery also allow for fine adjustment of the fit.

Instructions for use
Before fitting the saw blade, disconnect the groove cutter from the mains. Thoroughly clean the flange and spindle of any resin and dust residues. If necessary, use the supplied spacer discs to adjust the cutting height precisely. When securing the blade, ensure that the locating pins are correctly engaged in the 4 secondary holes before tightening the flange nut.
