The original Lamello indexable insert cutter, item number 132130, is a high-precision carbide tool designed to create precise 4 mm grooves on Lamello grooving machines. With an outer diameter of 100 mm, a groove width of 4 mm and a 22-mm bore in the hubless version, this cutter is perfectly suited to flat tool holders and the precise milling of standard flat dowel grooves (sizes 0, 10, 20, Simplex, Duplex, etc.). Equipped with 4 main cutting edges (Z4) and 4 pre-cutters (V4), it guarantees tear-free groove edges. Thanks to the replaceable carbide indexable inserts, the milling diameter remains constant even after blade changes.

Instructions for use
Always disconnect the groove cutter from the mains before changing or turning the cutting edges. Align the cutter on the spindle so that the locating pins engage correctly in the 4 secondary holes (NL 4). Tighten the clamping nut in accordance with the instructions. When replacing the indexable inserts, ensure that the insert seats are free from wood dust and resin residues to guarantee perfect flatness and concentricity.
