With an outer diameter of 100 mm, a groove width of 4 mm and a bore of 22 mm, this groove cutter is the ideal choice for cutting precise 4-mm grooves for Lamello timber lamellas (sizes 0, 10, 20, Simplex, Duplex etc.). Equipped with 6 alternating teeth (Z6 / 3+3), it ensures an extremely smooth cut, reduced feed pressure and perfect, tear-free milled edges in solid timber, panel materials, MDF and veneers.

Instructions for use
Always disconnect the groove milling machine from the mains before changing the tool. Open the housing cover and loosen the flange nut on the milling spindle. Place the Lamello groove milling cutter (132106) on the spindle, ensuring it is correctly centred. Tighten the nut to the correct torque. Ensure a consistent feed rate during the routing process to achieve a clean groove profile and to minimise wear on the tool.
