The Lamello® Divario P-18 connector half for drilled holes is the precise counterpart to the P-System connector half of the self-clamping Divario P-18 slide-in connector. This anchoring pin is pressed into a simple 8 mm diameter bore in the body or side panel and serves as a stable anchor point for partition walls or shelves to be inserted at a later stage. The bulk pack of 2,000 pieces is ideally suited to efficient series production and automated assembly in industrial furniture manufacturing.
Thanks to the simple hole geometry, this connector half can be machined extremely quickly and cost-effectively on any standard CNC machining centre or using a row-drilling machine. When the workpieces are inserted, the Divario P-18 P-System half, which is recessed into the base, engages with this bolt and pulls the connection together via the integrated clamping ramp, creating a force-fit connection that is completely concealed.

Instructions for use
Drill the required holes with a diameter of 8 mm and a depth of 9 mm into the cabinet side panel. Press the Divario P-18 connector half for drilled holes into the hole, either by hand or using a machine. Prepare the shelf to be inserted using the appropriate Divario P-18 connector half for the P-System groove (item no. 145520). Slide the component in from the front or from above; the fitting locks into place automatically and secures the element firmly to the cabinet.
