The Lamello® Divario P-18 Starter Set offers the perfect all-in-one introduction to the innovative P-System for concealed, self-tensioning slide-in connectors. This set contains 80 pairs of Divario P-18 connectors as well as the matching, original Divario P-18 installation tool. It has been specially developed for the retrofitting of partition walls, shelves and frames into already assembled cabinets, and significantly simplifies workflows in the workshop and on site.
The Divario P-18 ensures completely concealed joints in panel materials with a thickness of 18 mm or more. With the installation tool included in the starter set, the connector halves and anchoring bolts can be screwed in or inserted effortlessly and precisely in no time at all. When the component is inserted, the integrated clamping mechanism generates a high clamping force and pulls the joint together flush and gap-free along its entire length.

Application instructions
Milling the P-System profile groove (depth 18) into the end faces of the workpiece to be inserted using the Lamello Zeta P2 or a CNC machine. Drill corresponding holes with a diameter of 8 mm and a depth of 9 mm into the side wall of the cabinet. Use the fitting tool supplied to insert the fitting components precisely. Then slide the component into the cabinet from the front or from above; the fitting tightens automatically as it is inserted, securing the joint without any gaps.
