The Lamello® Divario P-18 is the innovative, self-clamping and fully concealed insert connector for the P-System. Designed for the retrofitting of partition walls, shelves and frames into already glued cabinet bodies, this fitting offers maximum flexibility in furniture assembly and logistics. Available in pack sizes of 80 pairs, 300 pairs or 1,000 pairs, this set is ideally suited to meet the needs of everyone from craftspeople to industrial mass production.
The Divario P-18 combines a P-System connector half (milling depth 18 mm) with a simple 8 mm bore in the cabinet side. When the component is inserted, the integrated clamping mechanism generates a high contact force, pulling the glue joint flush and tight along its entire length. The result is extremely stable, invisible joints with no visible fittings or time-consuming cabinet pressing times.

Application instructions
Mill the P-System profile groove (depth 18) into the end faces of the workpiece to be inserted using the Lamello Zeta P2 or a CNC machine. Drill corresponding holes with a diameter of 8 mm and a depth of 9 mm into the side wall of the cabinet. Slide the Divario P-18 P-System half-fitting laterally into the profile groove and press the fixing pin into the cabinet hole. Insert the component from the front or from above; the fitting tightens automatically as it is inserted and secures the joint without any gaps.
