The original Lamello DP P-System CNC groove cutter, item number 132145, is a diamond-tipped high-performance tool for industrial profile groove production on CNC machining centres. Equipped with 6 extremely wear-resistant diamond cutting edges (DP / PKD Z6) and a diameter of 100.4 mm with a 7 mm cutting width and a 30 mm bore, this premium tool enables maximum feed rates when producing form-fitting P-System grooves for Clamex P, Tenso P, Divario P and Bisco P fittings. The 6-tooth configuration (Z6) and the precision secondary bore (NL 4xØ6.6xØ48 mm) ensure an extremely long service life, outstanding surface finish and maximum efficiency in high-performance batch production.

Application notes
Before assembly, ensure that the CNC spindle is de-energised. Thoroughly clean the tool shank and the contact surfaces of the milling cutter. When clamping the cutter, ensure that the locating pins engage precisely in the four secondary holes (4 × Ø 6.6 × Ø 48 mm). Adjust the higher feed rates for the 6-tooth geometry (Z6) in the CNC macros in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
