The original Lamello® Clamex P Drilling Jig Interchangeable Blade P-10 (item no. 255251) is the specially developed insert for converting the Lamello Clamex P drilling jig set (item no. 125344) for use with the shallower P-System connectors Clamex P-10 and Clamex P-10 Medius.
By simply replacing the interchangeable insert in the drilling jig, the reference distance of the drilling sleeve is precisely adjusted to the reduced installation dimension of the P-10 fittings (10 mm groove depth for thinner panels from 12 mm thick). When drilled in this way, the Ø 6 mm hexagonal pin fits exactly in the centre of the locking mechanism of the Clamex P-10 connector – without time-consuming calibration or misdrilled holes.

Instructions for use
Insert the P-10 interchangeable blade into the base of the Clamex P drilling jig (item no. 125344). Position the jig against the milled P-10 groove in the workpiece. Guide the 6 mm wood drill bit with depth stop through the jig’s drill sleeve to drill the access hole precisely for the Clamex P-10 connector.
