The Lamello® Clamex P-14 connector half without lever (item no. 145339), supplied in a value pack containing 2,000 pieces, is the counterpart to the classic locking element of the detachable P-System furniture connector. Designed as a single counter-piece half-shell without a lever, this industrial pack is aimed at joinery workshops, interior fitters and industrial furniture manufacturers with high-volume production. Storing the lever and counterpart components separately (e.g. in combination with item no. 145338) enables optimised logistics, reduced storage costs and highly flexible use on CNC machining centres. It guarantees an extremely precise, form-fit anchorage in all wood-based materials with a panel thickness of 16 mm or more.

Instructions for use
Mill the P-System profile groove into the workpieces using the Lamello Zeta P2 hand-held groove milling machine (depth 14) or on a CNC machine. Manually slide the Clamex P-14 connector half (without the lever) sideways into the profile groove of the mating component until it locks into place. A pilot hole is not required for this half-shell. To close the joint, assemble the workpiece with the mating component (the lever half-shell is not required) and lock the joint using a 4 mm hex key.
