The Lamello® Clamex P-14 connector half with lever (item no. 145338) in a value pack containing 2,000 pieces is the ideal bulk pack for craft workshops, joinery businesses and industrial furniture manufacturers with high production volumes. This individual half-shell contains the precision die-cast zinc locking lever of the patented, detachable P-System furniture connector. When used in combination with the separate Clamex P-14 mating half-shell (without lever), this individual component enables flexible, demand-driven stock management and efficient loading on CNC machining centres as well as in manual production. It guarantees an extremely stable, form-fit and aesthetically pleasing joint for timber and composite panels from 16 mm thick.

Instructions for use
Mill the P-System profile groove into the workpieces using the Lamello Zeta P2 hand-held groove milling machine (depth 14) or on a CNC machine. Drill the access hole (Ø 6 mm) for the hex key into the relevant component. Manually slide the Clamex P-14 connector half sideways into the profile groove using the lever until it clicks into place. To lock it, insert the mating part (available separately) and turn the lever through 180° using a 4 mm hex key.
