The Lamello Clamex P-14 Flexus connector half with lever is the innovative lever side of the popular P-System connector featuring flexible positioning pins. This bulk pack of 2,000 pieces is specifically designed for industrial fabricators, joinery workshops and furniture manufacturers with high throughput, CNC machining and customised assembly planning. The flexible positioning pins, which are chamfered on both sides, spring back when a component is slid in or tilted into place and lock precisely into the counter-bore. This allows for a completely flexible assembly sequence, as well as the effortless retrofitting of shelves and partition walls. The unit is locked securely as usual via the minimalist 6 mm access opening using a hex key.

Application notes
Mill the 14 mm deep P-System profile grooves using the Zeta P2 hand-held groove milling machine or a CNC machine. Drill the 6 mm access hole for the lever at the designated position. Slide the Clamex P-14 Flexus lever side into the profile groove by hand, without the need for tools. After joining it with the corresponding mating half, turn the lever 180° through the access hole using an Allen key (SW4) to lock the connection securely and positively.
