The Lamello® Clamex P-10 connector half without lever (item no. 145358), supplied in a cost-effective bulk pack containing 2,000 pieces, is the ideal mating component for the compact P-System joining system. Specially developed for extremely slim materials and panel thicknesses from 12 mm (milling depth 10 mm), this bulk pack is aimed at industrial furniture manufacturers, CNC production facilities and large-scale joinery workshops. Instructions for use
Mill the P-System profile groove into the workpieces using the Lamello Zeta P2 hand-held groove milling machine (depth 10) or on a CNC machining centre. Manually slide the Clamex P-10 connector half (without the lever) sideways into the profile groove of the mating component until it locks into place. A pilot hole is not required for this mating half-shell. To close the joint, assemble the workpiece with the partner component (fitted with the P-10 lever half-shell) and lock the connection using a 4 mm hex key.
