The Lamello® Clamex P-10 Medius connector half without lever (item no. 145369), supplied in a cost-effective bulk pack containing 2,000 pieces, is the specialised counterpart half-shell for centre-panel connections and dividing cabinet shelves in the P-System. With a shallow milling depth of just 10 mm, this component is designed to allow two opposing shelves to be mounted at exactly the same height on a centre panel just 16 mm thick, without the milled grooves in the wood touching each other. The individual packaging of this mating half-shell enables industrial furniture manufacturers, CNC workshops and large-scale joinery firms to achieve extremely flexible logistics, optimised production processes and reduced storage costs. It locks into the P-System profile groove in a matter of seconds with a positive fit.

Instructions for use
Mill the P-System profile groove into the centre panel using the Lamello Zeta P2 groove milling machine (set to depth 10) or on a CNC machine. Manually slide the Clamex P-10 Medius connector half (without the lever) sideways into the profile groove until it clicks into place. No operating hole is required in the centre wall. The joined component (shelf) is fitted with a P-14 lever half-shell (depth 14) and locked in place via the Ø 6 mm hole in the shelf using a 4 mm hex key.
