Lamello® Cabineo cabinet connectors – Maximum efficiency in CNC furniture production
The Lamello® Cabineo is a one-piece cabinet connector based on drilling or milling, characterised by its purely surface-based processing. Unlike conventional eccentric connectors, no edge drilling is required. The connector is inserted into the milled recess at the factory, enabling extremely fast, tool-free transport as a flat-pack with no protruding parts. On site or at the end customer’s premises, the integrated screw is simply tightened into the mating part using a hex bit.
The Cabineo system is available in various versions: as Cabineo 8 for thin partition walls (from 12 mm), as Cabineo 12 for high tensile forces, as Cabineo 8 M6 for connections with M6 metal threads, and as the versatile Cabineo X for shelving and corner joints. Choose between handy starter sets to get you started and bulk packs (500 or 2,000 pieces) in the colours Standard (White/Light) or Black.

Application instructions
Mill the Cabineo recess directly into the workpiece on your CNC machine. Insert the connector flush into the milled recess. For transport, the components can be stacked together to save space and prevent scratches. During assembly, join the workpieces together and tighten the pre-inserted screw in the mating part (5 mm bore or M6 threaded sleeve) securely. Optionally, seal the opening with a suitable cover cap.
