Lamello Original Bisco P-10 – The precision alignment strip for the 10 mm P-System
The Lamello Bisco P-10 is a form-fitting plastic alignment element for the P-System profile groove with a 10 mm milling depth. It does not lock mechanically, but is used for the precise alignment and guidance of workpieces during assembly – particularly with thin material thicknesses. The Bisco P-10 is ideally used as a cost-effective supplementary component in combination with the Clamex P-10 or Tenso P-10 connecting fittings. By alternating between locking connectors and Bisco P-10 alignment strips, you save on fitting costs whilst ensuring perfect, flush joints. Installation is lightning-fast and glue-free in the same 10 mm P-System groove (which can be milled using the Zeta P2 or a CNC machine).

Application notes
Mill the 10 mm deep P-System profile grooves into the workpieces using the Zeta P2 hand-held grooving machine (setting P-10) or a CNC machine. Simply insert the Bisco P-10 alignment elements by hand into the groove on one side of the workpiece. Then fit the components together and lock the adjacent Clamex P-10 or Tenso P-10 fittings.
