Lamello® 4 mm plastic extension plate – Precise height adjustment and exact router positioning

The original Lamello® 4 mm plastic attachment plate (item no. 253026) is an indispensable system accessory for the precise positioning of grooves when working with the Lamello Zeta P2, Classic X and Top 21 groove cutters (as well as compatible predecessor models).

By simply clipping it onto the router’s base plate, the 4 mm-thick plastic plate reduces the distance from the base plate to the centre of the groove by exactly 4 mm. This enables error-free centring of joints with different panel thicknesses, precise adherence to edge offsets, and compensation for material tolerances in timber lamellas and P-System connectors.

Instructions for use

Simply press the 4 mm attachment plate onto the base plate of your Lamello groove cutter by hand until it clicks into place against the guide cams. The reduced distance to the centre of the groove now allows you to cut workpieces with precision. Once the job is complete, simply remove the attachment plate without the need for tools.
