The Festool Granat STF 80x133 sanding strips are the ideal premium abrasive for all precision sanding work on small, narrow or elongated surfaces. This high-tech sandpaper really comes into its own in the coarse grits from P40 to P80. Whether you’re working on thick layers of old paint, stubborn VOC-based varnishes, fillers or rough solid wood – Granat ensures uncompromising material removal whilst delivering excellent surface quality and minimal wear.

This rectangular format (80 x 133 mm) has been tailor-made for the Festool compact sander series. The integrated 14-hole extraction system captures aggressive sanding dust right where it is generated. This not only protects your respiratory tract but also prevents premature clogging of the abrasive grain. Thanks to the extremely sturdy paper backing, the strip remains completely tear-resistant even when sanding along sharp edges or in tight folds.

Using the selection menu, you can easily adapt the desired grit size to your current project. All variants on offer are supplied in a **practical, value-retaining pack of 50** :

Pro tip for a perfect sanding finish
As the P40 and P60 grits remove a great deal of material in a short time, you should always place the sander flat on the surface and guide it with light, even pressure. Avoid tilting the tool onto the edges to prevent deeper gouges in the material. When sanding hard old coatings, always use a high extraction rate on your Festool mobile dust extractor – the cleaner the sanding surface is kept free of dust, the cooler the sanding process remains and the longer each individual sanding strip lasts!
