Description
Powerpeel is a peelable spray booth protective coating that is used to protect your spray booth walls and protect them from soiling. Powerpeel can be applied in 1 closed coat. Easy to remove, even after just one coat.
Features
- Water-based peelable coating to protect spray booth walls.
- After curing, powerpeel is waterproof
- After curing, the film becomes highly flexible, making it easy to remove even after applying a single coat. The minimum thickness of the removable dry layer is 60 mµ.
- Up to 7 layers can be applied if required.
- Powerpeel is removable for up to 6 months.
- Available in white for spray booth walls and transparent for lighting fixtures and windows.
- Heat resistant up to 120°C.

Application
The product should be applied at an average room temperature of 15-20°C.
Powerpeel can be applied using:
1) Paint roller.
2) SPG500 spray gun, with 2.5 mm nozzle, at 2.5 - 3.0 bar.
3) SPG80 pressure tank, with 2.5 mm - 3.0 mm nozzle, 3.0 bar at the pressure tank.
4) Airless system, 0.017" spray opening Spray opening.
When used with the SPG 80 pressure tank, the 5 litre canister fits perfectly into the tank, which allows for quicker set-up and easy cleaning of the device. The product is ready to use and must not be diluted as this will have a negative effect on the performance of the product.
Application in the spray booth:
1. Apply white Powerpeel to the entire spray booth
2. Wait until dry, drying time at 20°C 40-80 min, depending on film thickness and airflow.
3. Cut out the silhouette of the lighting fixtures or windows and remove the white film.
4apply transparent Powerpeel to the lighting fixtures and windows.
5. Wait until dry, drying time at 20°C 40-80 min, depending on layer thickness and air flow.
6. Finished.
