- The outer cups support the inner cups for the 3M PPS paint processing system
3M PPS as a complete disposable solution for dispensing, mixing, filtering and processing wet materials - Processing at a constant 90 degree angle, regardless of the orientation of the part to be processed (even overhead).
- 70% less solvent consumption with 3M PPS than with conventional flow cups (up to 90% with PPS and 3M Accuspray )
The outer cups support and hold the flexible inner cups of the 3M PPS paint application system. The product is available in four sizes, allowing the painter to quickly and easily dose, mix, filter and process the material to be applied.
The 3M PPS outer cups are part of the 3M PPS paint processing system. The outer cups support the flexible 3M PPS inner cups. Our outer cups are available in different sizes for different applications. In contrast to conventional cup systems, the material in the 3M PPS system no longer has to be mixed in additional mixing cups and then transferred through a filter into a paint container. Transfer losses due to the use of mixing cups and filters are therefore eliminated. With the PPS, place the disposable inner cup in the reusable PPS outer cup. Then simply mix the paint in the PPS disposable cup, put on the disposable lid (with built-in filter) and the sealing ring - and the PPS system is complete. After these few simple steps, you can start working.
