The key upgrade: Abranet ACE is equipped with high-quality ceramic grit. This self-sharpening grit ensures extremely aggressive stock removal, a further increased service life and a consistently perfect surface finish. Combined with a reinforced mesh, this 150 mm disc is the ultimate professional solution for all demanding tasks on modern random orbital sanders. Ultimate removal rate and maximum tear resistance Thanks to the patented mesh structure, harmful grinding dust is extracted directly across the entire surface. With Abranet ACE, the tough ceramic grain ensures that there is no noticeable drop in performance, even under high contact pressure and on extremely hard surfaces. The abrasive mesh is also **significantly more tear-resistant** at the outer edges than the standard Abranet, which allows sharp corners and edges to be sanded without damaging the disc. Thanks to the universal hook-and-loop system (Grip), there is no need to align extraction holes at all – simply position, press down and save time. Adjust your extraction system so that the machine does not get sucked in – smooth gliding, combined with the ceramic grit, ensures an absolutely flawless, high-end finish without annoying scratches.
