This valve increases wearing comfort, especially in hot and humid environments, as it allows respiratory heat and moisture to escape easily. The new filter technology also ensures comfortable breathing. It combines the advantages of 3M™ Electret filter technology with those of the new advanced technology for barely noticeable breathing resistance with reliable filter performance. The average inhalation resistance of 68% is significantly lower than the maximum permissible value of EN 149:2001+A1:2009. Two further advantages of the mask lie in its three-part design: on the one hand, it leads to more comfort and problem-free speaking, and on the other hand, the mask can be folded flat and is therefore suitable for practical carrying.
