The 3M™ PELTOR™ Optime™ III earmuffs are our high-performance hearing protectors designed for extremely loud environments and attenuate noise levels by up to 34 dB. They feature double-shell technology that minimises resonance. They also have comfortable, soft, wide cushions that reduce pressure around the ears. Available in versions with headband, neckband and helmet attachment as well as models in a green warning colour.
The 3M™ PELTOR™ Optime™ III earmuffs offer comfortable, high-performance hearing protection. Tested in accordance with EN 352:2020, our earmuffs attenuate noise levels by up to 34 dB. They are ideal for extremely noisy environments such as airports, power stations, engine rooms on ships and printing plants. The double capsule construction technology minimises resonance in the capsule, resulting in maximum attenuation at high frequencies. The generous space inside the capsules helps to counteract heat and moisture build-up. The wide, soft foam pads exert a low contact pressure around the ears, making them comfortable to wear for long periods of time. As the user can customise them to suit their personal wearing preferences, they also increase conformity. The earmuffs are characterised by effective protection and maximum wearing comfort. The pads and foam frames are available in the form of hygiene kits that can be easily replaced if they become damaged or worn. This enables a longer product life. The 3M™ PELTOR™ Optime™ II earmuffs are available in versions with a headband, neckband and helmet attachment as well as models in a green warning colour.
