The SATA filter 444 with support frame is an indispensable accessory for every spray booth. With its 2-stage sinter filter/fine filter, the pressure regulator and the outlet module, it offers reliable and effective filtration as well as simple pressure adjustment.
The microfibre fine filter with a fineness of 0.01 micron ensures a high filtration efficiency of 99.998%, resulting in technically clean air and preventing incorrect painting and expensive reworking. The saturation level of the fine filter can be easily read with the double manometer .
With a very high air flow rate of 3,600 NL/min at 6 bar , the filter ensures efficient operation. The cyclone separator reliably removes oil and water from the compressed air, while the automatic condensate drain valve prevents "blow-through" into the compressed air network and offers a low-maintenance solution.
The large sintered bronze filter with a fineness of 5 microns has a long service life and is easy to clean. The robust metal housing enables trouble-free use at temperatures of up to 120°C.
The SATA 444 filter has a 1/2-inch air inlet and two 1/4-inch outlet taps. With the integrated pressure reducer and the pressure gauge, the pressure can be easily adjusted to meet the requirements of your painting work.
